Our Process

We specialise in personalised and custom made items for all events. Our process begins with you! Please read the following and feel free to let us know if you have any questions. 

Our process is quick and easy! 

1. Once you have placed an order through our site, you will receive an automated confirmation. 

2. Our team will review your order and any special requests and reach out to you with a digital proof within 1 business day. 

3. Once you have approved your digital proof we will send it to production and then dispatch to you! If you have selected pickup, we will email you as soon as your order is ready. 

Custom Orders: If you don't see what you need on our site and would like us to create something completely custom, that's our specialty! Just give us a design brief and due date, desired colour palate, style, photos, sketches or even just give us a description and our team will be more than happy to work through a design with you. please email us at customercare@jarcoz.com or submit an enquiry via our contact page. We aim to reply within 1-2 business days. 

Payment: We kindly request all orders be paid for prior to the design and production process please. We take payment via PayPal, all major cards, cash and of course, AFTERPAY!

Turn Around time: Turnaround times can vary based on the size and quantities of your desired product. Urgent orders are welcome, we will almost always accommodate an urgent order, please discuss this with us prior to placing your order.

Small items such as cake toppers will be dispatched within 1-3 business day after approval.

Wedding items such as Invitations, table accessories and large custom signage may take up to 4 weeks prior to dispatch - That being said, we know sometimes things don't go to plan and you need your order earlier, please get in touch to discuss any urgent orders. 

Completely custom order turn around time will be discussed based on product requirements and if we need to source custom materials for you.

Refunds: All our products are made to order therefore we are unable to offer any refunds. Digital proofs are sent prior to production to ensure your product is exactly as you require. If there is a mistake from our end, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist and replace the product when/if necessary.
