Refund policy
Refunds & Exchanges
All our products are made to order therefore we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges. Digital proofs are sent prior to production to ensure your piece is exactly as you require. Please ensure you check all spelling, size requirements, material specifications prior to approving your digital proof as we are unable to refund if there is a mistake on an approved design.
If there is a mistake from our end, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist and replace the product when/if necessary.
Damages and issues
Our products are packaged with lots of love and care, therefore breakages are rare. In the unlikely event that your product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and our friendly team will assess the issue and provide solutions as a case by case basis.
We will replace any product deemed faulty from our end. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ replacement request. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
By proceeding with your orders, you acknowledge that our products are handmade and some items may contain unique imperfections in the timber and laser work i.e Minor burn marks, knots in the timber grain. This is not a fault, this is the beauty of timber and the natural state of the materials we use.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
